Help the Union Athletic Association fund the Fourth of July, Independence Day Parade and Fireworks Display!

The Union AA’s volunteers spend the better part of the year preparing for and raising funds to celebrate Independence Day with an extraordinary  Parade and Fireworks Display. Lansdowne residents and many others from far and wide show their appreciation every year by lining the parade route and filling the Penn Wood High School athletic field with many hundreds of spectators.

This celebration is not supported by your local taxes, nor does the borough contribute any funding for the event. They do support the event by providing police safety patrols and along with the support of the Lansdowne Fire Company they do a great job of keeping the entire day a very safe one!
